Session Information
My Style
I am a natural light photographer, which means I only use available light God created. This gives a more natural and realistic look to your photos. I schedule my appointments around the times light is best, usually mornings before noon or early evenings (2 hours before sunset) for outdoor photos, and I only shoot on the weekends. I recommend keeping your photo shoot date open all day in case we have to work around rain. I try not to cancel due to a little rain. You might like the idea of a photo shoot with your kids playing and jumping in the mud puddles. I book months in advance so rescheduling may mean for a much later appointment.
For indoor sessions it is best if you have lots of windows that allow light in. We may have to move some furniture around and/or remove curtains for the right spot. I won't leave your house a mess, I'll help put it all back together. If it's too dark, be prepared to move outdoors.
I am a lifestyle photographer. My photos represent you and who you are. At times I might ask you to sit and smile, but most of the time that is not the case. I like to capture and preserve real moments. I may ask you to do something funny or to just be creative or even silly. Any props you would like to use in your photos are more than welcome, and I highly recommend it, especially with children. Some ideas may include bubbles, favorite stuffed toy, musical instruments, a sucker, etc. etc. I want you to forget about me and my camera and just be you. Most of the time clients refer to my sessions as fun and enjoyable.

Pricing
Photo Session - $150 New and improved photo session package!
Photo session's include the following.
•Up to 2 hours of shooting time either at your home or on location. (Within a 10 mile radius)
•A photo shoot with a maximum of 4 people, within the same immediate family. (Additional people $25/per person)
•Approximately 20-30 images digitally perfected. (Select images displayed in black/white)
•A private, password-protected online viewing gallery from which you (and friends and family) can view for 14 days.
•$75 print credit towards standard prints. (print credits expire 2 weeks after gallery is open)
*There is a $25 deposit to book/hold your appointment date, which will be applied to your package. The full $150 must be paid by the session date before photos are taken!
Images will be digitally processed, edited and retouched using high end equipment. The process of enhancing photographs from digital files is an artistic technique in itself. With attention to detail to all elements of the image Awdrey is able to deliver beautiful, customized portraits to her clients. All requests to do any additional editing to a photo before or after your gallery has been posted, will be charged a $35 fee for each image, which is non-refundable, and must be paid in full before the edits are processed. This includes changing the tone or color of an image, creating an artsy effect to the image, removing stray hairs, etc. etc.
*Due to the customized art of photography ALL fees and payments are NON-refundable.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your images to be ready, but most of the time they are up for preview within a week.
